While the official guest list has not been released, several notable figures have confirmed their attendance.

International Guests:

Chinese President Xi Jinping has been invited to the ceremony, marking a significant moment in US-China relations important for future cooperations. Other international leaders invited to the inauguration include Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, and Argentine President Javier Milei . 

Domestic Politicians:

Several members of Congress have confirmed their attendance, although some Democrats have announced plans to boycott the event due to its coincidence with Martin Luther King Jr. Day and concerns over Trump’s presidency . Those boycotting include Representatives Donald Beyer, Sean Casten, Judy Chu, and Ilhan Omar, among others which is notable.

Business Leaders and Celebrities:

The inauguration has also attracted support from prominent business leaders and celebrities. Tech CEOs, including Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg, Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, and OpenAI’s Sam Altman, have pledged $1 million each to support the event. Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi has also donated $1 million, while Ford and General Motors have contributed $1 million each and provided vehicles for the inauguration very notable.
